Peter oversees the delivery of the organization’s complete suite of private banking and investment services through a staff of over 25 people in the office in Seattle. Peter, formerly the Chief Investment Officer of Northwestern Trust and Investors Advisory Company, was named Regional Investment Manager and Bellevue Managing Director when Harris acquired Northwestern Trust in April 2002. He was promoted to Regional President in December of 2005. Previously, Peter served as Managing Director for Wells Fargo, where he held a number of key positions assisting with the integration of First Interstate Bank into Wells Fargo, including seats on the National Asset Allocation and Equity Strategy Committees. Peter served as the Senior Vice President and Director of Institutional Asset Management for First Interstate, co-developing a new business unit targeting institutional relationships across 13 states. Prior to that, he was a Vice President, Area Investment Manager, managing all trust investment activities in 3 states with a staff of thirteen. Earlier in his career, Peter was an Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer for Puget Sound National Bank and a Portfolio Manager/Analyst for SAFECO Insurance Companies. Peter earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Seattle Pacific University. He earned a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts in Virginia.
